Establishment of the cooperative and organization of members to formalize logistics, harvesting, and post-harvest operations.

Expansion of camu camu hectares, admission of new members, and creation of communication by sector

Organic Certification with Kiwa Peru SAC

Pilot projects in agroforestry systems on plots owned by members with title deeds and the creation of demonstration nurseries

Coordination for research into pest control using biological agents, creation of a committee of young people and women; updating of statutes to ensure governance and sustainability in the formalization of partnerships to guarantee growth in new markets.

2025

Access to credit in formal banking; financial statements reflecting the order and growth of COOPAY and formalized partners in continuous improvement of the specialty of their camu camu plots.

2026

Coordination to achieve physical and legal sanitation in land use planning to promote the cultivation of camu camu as a formal value chain.

Commercial expansion for export without intermediaries and specialization in irrigated crops to ensure continuous production with a target of 2,000 tons of annual storage.
